Your missions

• Lead the delivery and optimization of the WeChat Mini Program, ensuring seamless execution and rigorous information management.
• Orchestrate content, on‑site experiences, and e‑commerce activations in alignment with brand and digital standards.
• Coordinate development, QA/UAT, go‑live, and iterative improvements with agencies and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with China digital and brand standards, delivering projects on schedule.
• Manage the editorial calendar, create mock‑ups of localized content, and oversee copywriting.
• Facilitate validations with HQ brand teams and China legal and regulatory teams.
• Prepare and consolidate product listing information, banners, and content for monthly novelty launches.
• Communicate with APAC markets to ensure timely go‑live of new features and content.

Your profile

• Experience with digital project management, minimum 5 years.
• Familiarity with the WeChat ecosystem and mini program development.
• Competency in adapting and preparing localized brand content in Chinese with high attention to detail.
• Academic background: relevant degree in digital, marketing, or related field.
• Fluent English and communicative in Chinese.
• Experience with content preparation, including adapting English content to Chinese.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, planning, and communication.
• You have an ability to propose creative ideas and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
