Digital Collection Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based cross-border liquor and lifestyle company.
We bring together premium Chinese spirits and Asian lifestyle products, operating across both online and offline retail ecosystems.

Our business spans:

  • Collection.sg – local e-commerce retail for liquor and lifestyle goods
  • GrabMart / Shopee / Lazada / Foodpanda – online marketplaces
  • Affiliate & Community Network – part-time brand promoters and group leaders driving local sales

We are now expanding our e-commerce team to strengthen our digital operations and customer experience.

As an E-Commerce Operations, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of our online stores.
You’ll ensure smooth operations across platforms, accurate listings, timely updates, and execution of online campaigns.
This role requires a hands‑on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data, creative content, and digital tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and stock levels across all online platforms.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proactively reach out to potential new clients via calls or messages to explore collaboration and sales opportunities.
  • Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Track store performance metrics: traffic, conversion rate, sales volume, customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations (FMCG / lifestyle / liquor industry preferred).
  • Familiar with major platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart, TikTok Shop.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce backend systems, data tracking, and promotions setup.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus (to liaise with suppliers from China).
  • Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude.
