Hunter is seeking a proactive and results-driven E-Commerce & Omnichannel Executive for Hunter Southeast Asia is responsible for the end-to-end management of online sales channels, integrating brand.com, marketplaces, retail operations, and logistics into one cohesive ecosystem. This role drives daily operational excellence, ensures optimal customer experience, and collaborates across merchandising, retail, and external partners to support business growth.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Hunter’s e-commerce channels, including brand.com and key marketplaces (Shopee and Zalora).
Partner with the merchandising team to ensure accurate, timely product listings and system-level product data management.
Manage and optimize website UI/UX and content to deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Lead post-purchase service management, including handling after-sales cases and improving customer satisfaction.
Plan, monitor, and analyze in-platform advertising performance to support sales growth and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with retail teams to ensure correct system settings on pricing, promotions, discount settings, and membership benefits.
Work with the merchandising team to execute promotions and campaigns consistently across all direct sales channels.
Track inbound POs and shipments with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time stock arrival and unit reconciliation.
Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transport partners to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to inbound/outbound processes.
Manage invoice validation and cost tracking to ensure accuracy and operational transparency.
Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, logistics or Supply Chain.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer goods.
Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and CMS (content management system) like Shopify or Magento.
Experience in work with 3PLs and international shipments are preferred.
Experience in SOP and workflow design.
