About Us

Zhong Yan Tang is a leading wellness brand specializing in premium bird’s nest and traditional health products. With a growing retail presence across Singapore and beyond, we are expanding our digital and marketing operations to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and online sales performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of online platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, company website, XHS, Facebook, etc.).
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Upload and update product listings, descriptions, prices, and promotional content.
  • Manage online advertising (e.g. Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and monitor campaign performance.
  • Handle social media postings, collaborations, and influencer marketing activities.
  • Monitor online sales performance and develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and after-sales support in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce and/or digital marketing preferred.
  • Familiar with online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Facebook, and XHS.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and running online ads is an advantage.
