A dynamic e-commerce firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead their online business across multiple platforms including Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada. The role involves driving growth, managing inventory, optimizing listings, and improving customer experiences. Ideal candidates should have 3–6 years of experience handling major e-commerce platforms and possess strong data analysis and marketing skills.
We're looking for a hands-on, analytical and growth-driven E-Commerce Manager to own our full online business across Shopify, Amazon, Shopee and Lazada. You will lead strategy, drive traffic, optimise listings, manage inventory, improve customer experience and turn data into action. Build and execute platform-specific growth strategies.
Drive traffic, conversion, AOV and retention.
Plan and run big campaigns (11.11, Prime Day, Black Friday etc.).
Manage listings, SEO, pricing, content and product accuracy.
Work closely with design to deliver strong visuals and high-converting pages.
Ensure product visibility and optimal category placement across platforms.
Oversee Amazon PPC, Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Solutions & Shopify traffic channels.
Optimise ROAS, ACOS, CTR and CVR through continuous testing.
Collaborate with Marketing for promo mechanics, bundles and CRM campaigns.
Coordinate with Supply Chain for FBA/FBM and local warehouse operations.
Forecast demand, plan replenishment and clear ageing stock.
Improve fulfilment speed, order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Monitor reviews, ratings, returns and feedback.
Work with CS team to elevate the post-purchase experience and issue resolution.
Track sales KPIs weekly/monthly and identify trends.
Analyse competitors and category opportunities.
Present actionable insights to drive platform growth.
Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, CS and Creative teams.
(Optional) Lead a small e-commerce team, coach and guide execution.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or E-commerce.
3–6 years’ experience managing at least 2 major platforms (Amazon/Shopee/Lazada/Shopify).
Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with performance dashboards.
Experience in marketplace ads & listing optimisation.
Independent, fast, resourceful, and comfortable with startup pace.
Hands-on experience operating e-commerce in Western markets (US / UK / EU).
Deep involvement or practical execution in paid advertising (Amazon PPC / Shopee Ads / Lazada Sponsored Solutions / Meta / Google).
Experience with FBA logistics, inventory forecasting or flat file uploads.
Shopify analytics or CRO experience.
Team management experience is a plus.
