Job description
E-commerce Inventory and Supplier Executive

The person in this position will handle all inventory and supplier related tasks, and also back-end task relating to e-commerce sales.

The candidate will report to the Business Development Manager of Business Unit Division and will be responsible for the following activities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage product line up based on customers or market requirement.
  • Collecting and analyzing historical data using statistical tools to forecast demand for different products.
  • Minimize Out of Stock by actively monitoring stock inventory, replenish accordingly.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure profitability of items, cost reduction, and expand product line-up.
  • Work closely with suppliers for On-Time Delivery and expedite when necessary.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email and communicate with suppliers if necessary.
  • Maintenance or update product master database.
  • Work with other departments on product related activities such as product discount, quality check etc.
  • Collect statistics and generate reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree preferably in Business / Supply-chain/ Data-analytics or related.
  • 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
  • Experience in Stock Management / Supply Chain Management.
  • Possess high energy and result oriented.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Good time management skills and team player.
  • Competency in MS Office skills is required.
