Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform operations.
• Prior role as operations manager or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for online business growth.
• Manage e-commerce platforms' operations including product listing and promotions.
• Monitor, analyse and report key e-commerce metrics to implement improvements.
• Collaborate across functions for smooth order fulfilment and customer experience.
• Lead and nurture the e-commerce team to drive overall performance.
