A dynamic technology company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce & Graphic Design Assistant to enhance online operations and support visual design projects. Key responsibilities include designing marketing materials, assisting with e-commerce tasks, and providing administrative support to the team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient in design tools, and possess a positive attitude. A diploma in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
The E-commerce & Graphic Design Assistant is responsible for supporting both vivo and DJI’s online operations and visual design needs. This role involves creating marketing materials, assisting in e-commerce platform management, executing promotional campaigns, updating product information, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure consistent brand presentation and smooth online operations.
1. Graphic Design & Content Creation
Design online marketing materials, including banners, social media posts, product images, and promotional visuals.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and marketing guidelines.
Support layout design for special campaigns and seasonal events.
2. E-commerce Platform Support
Assist in updating and optimizing product listings, prices, and stock availability across e-commerce platforms.
Support promotional event setup and execution (e.g., Double 11, Black Friday).
Ensure product images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
3. Marketing Campaign Support
Assist in preparing and creating marketing content for online promotions.
Coordinate visual materials for social media and advertising campaigns.
Support livestream sessions and online event operations when needed.
4. Administrative & Daily Operations
Provide administrative and coordination support to the e-commerce team.
Follow up on design tasks and coordinate with internal teams for approvals.
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, and familiar with basic e-commerce operations.
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Good command of English and Mandarin.
Able to adapt to China company culture — responsive, detail-focused, and proactive.
Positive attitude, good teamwork spirit, and willingness to multitask across two brands.
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada).
Strong attention to detail and good visual sense.
Responsible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good command of both English and Chinese for communication and content coordination.
