Overview

Easmed Group of Companies – Central Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across platforms such as WIX, Shopee, Lazada, and future e-platforms like TikTok for our Sleep Business (The Air Station). This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce storefronts, executing promotions, optimizing product listings, and driving promotional campaign performance both online and offline. The ideal candidate has experience with online store management, familiarity with campaign mechanics on the various platforms, marketing automation tools, and is eager to contribute to a growing health and wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities
Online Platform Management
  • Maintain and optimize TAS online storefronts (WIX, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
  • Ensure timely updates of product listings, visuals, pricing, and stock status
  • Manage vouchers, promo campaigns, and affiliate links on marketplaces
Promotions & Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including pricing, vouchers, bundles, and mechanics
  • Coordinate promo communications (eDMs, banners, visuals, landing pages)
  • Support ad campaign setup (Facebook, Google) and A/B testing initiatives
  • Work with the product and content team to create promotional assets that align with campaign goals
Marketing Automation & Customer Experience
  • Manage and automate eDM flows (welcome, post-purchase, cart reminders)
  • Coordinate with digital marketing executive for lifecycle campaigns
  • Contribute to loyalty / review / referral program implementation (where relevant)
Data Tracking & Performance Analysis
Track campaign performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboards
  • Generate monthly reports with actionable insights (CTR, conversion rates, sales lift, etc.)
  • Recommend improvements to online experience and conversion funnel
  • Requirements
    • Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields
    • 1–2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop)
    • Working knowledge of EDM platforms and GA4
    • Experience setting up online campaigns, vouchers, and store mechanics
    • Strong coordination and attention to detail across multiple platforms
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally and meeting campaign timelines
    • Basic design and visual editing skills (Canva, Figma) are a bonus
    • Experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantage
