Ensure high‑quality, SEO‑optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high‑resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
Conduct data‑driven analysis and A/B testing to refine strategies and enhance e‑commerce performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search, influencer collaborations).
Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after‑sales support.
Work with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfillment, and smooth order processing.
