A leading sports media company in Singapore is seeking an E-commerce Operations Manager to support the growth of its online business. You will manage the online store, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee CRM and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should be experienced in e-commerce platforms and possess strong analytical skills to drive sales performance and customer engagement.

  • Support the setup and operation of the e-commerce business.
  • Manage the online store including products and pricing.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and merchandise orders.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and order performance.
  • Analyze store performance and report insights.
Job description

You will support the setup, operation, and growth of our e-commerce business. This includes managing products, running CRM and marketing campaigns, coordinating with suppliers and partners, and analysing sales performance. You will work closely with the founders/management team to bring our sports audience into a thriving commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • E-commerce Operations
  • Manage the online store on Wix (products, pricing, stock, categories)
  • Coordinate with suppliers on merchandise orders, inventory, timelines
  • Upload product photos, write descriptions, tag categories
  • Assist with ticketing setup (Wix Events or third-party integrations)
  • Monitor orders, refunds, customer inquiries
  • CRM & Digital Marketing
  • Create and schedule email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / Wix CRM)
  • Build customer segments and automated flows (abandoned cart, welcome, promotions)
  • Manage discount codes, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Support social media execution for product launches and events
  • Work with Content / Media Team for Content & Branding
  • Draft product copy, newsletters, promotional posts
  • Ensure brand consistency across store assets and merchandise
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track store performance on Wix Analytics / Google Analytics
  • Report on conversions, traffic, top-selling categories, customer behavior
  • Suggest improvements based on insights
