A leading e-commerce management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage P&L for its Brand store across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce, strong data analytics skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with marketplace partners. This role emphasizes brand store ownership and strategic marketing over traditional marketing functions, offering a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth.
E-commerce Strategy team is responsible for:
DISCLAIMER: this team will NEVER be involved in operational tasks such as replying chats or packing parcel!
To keep it simple: Fully responsible for P&L of the Brand store on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Platform.
⚠️ Important Clarification: As you will already have strong support from our design, marketing, and customer service teams, we are not looking for a marketing candidate. Instead, this role is focused on brand store ownership, marketplace strategy, and P&L accountability.
We have a dedicated in house Graphic Design team to support the production of multimedia materials needed for product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will also work closely with our Procurement and Warehousing teams on shipment‑related matters. Our Customer Experience team handles all customer enquiries and after‑sales support.
In addition, our Digital Marketing team supports with influencer collaborations, CPAS ads setup, and related digital initiatives.
You will also be involved in / or even lead internal training sessions, market analysis sharing, and sales challenge discussions. Active participation in brainstorming sessions and decision‑making meetings is expected.
