Role Purpose
The E-Commerce Associate will support the execution and growth of Nutrition Asia Group’s online business across multiple marketplace platforms and brand.com sites. The role involves coordinating with platform partners, agencies, and internal teams to ensure product listings, promotions, and fulfilment are executed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, RedMart, NTUC, Amazon, Foodpanda, and NAstore.com).
- Coordinate with agency partners for campaign setup, pricing uploads, and performance reviews.
- Manage listings, promotions, and pricing accuracy across all platforms.
- Track and consolidate weekly sales reports, campaign results, and sell-through data.
- Work closely with sales operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and stock availability.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to update banners, creatives, and campaign assets.
- Support campaign planning and monitor performance KPIs.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or account coordination.
- Experience using marketplace dashboards such as Shopee, Lazada, or RedMart is an advantage.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (reporting and data management).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Interest in health, fitness, or nutrition products is a plus.
