Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple digital platforms in Singapore and selected markets in Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, optimizing customer journeys, and executing data-driven marketing strategies through HubSpot and other digital tools. This role combines creativity, analytics, and hands-on management of our e-commerce and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise the company’s online store
  • Create and execute strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and customer retention
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates
  • Track and analyze performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and ROI
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Social Media Strategy and Execution
  • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with brand goals across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Manage daily posting, engagement, community interaction, and paid social campaigns
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy for optimal engagement and growth
  • Stay updated on social trends, new platforms, and algorithm changes
HubSpot Marketing and CRM Management
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences using HubSpot
  • Manage contact segmentation, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle communication
  • Use HubSpot analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Integrate HubSpot with e-commerce platforms and other marketing tools for seamless data flow
  • Support sales enablement with lead scoring, reporting, and customer insights
Analytics and Reporting
  • Develop dashboards and reports on KPIs (traffic, engagement, sales, conversion, ROI)
  • Use data to optimize campaigns, content strategy, and customer experience
  • Present performance insights and recommendations to management
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media management
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in paid social and digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and marketing analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and project management abilities
Preferred
  • HubSpot Certification (Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, or Marketing Hub)
  • Experience with marketing automation and omnichannel campaigns
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or basic web design principles
