Job summary

Candidates with at least 1 year of service crew experience and strong customer service skills are preferred. Working days are 5/6, with hours that may exceed regular shifts and overtime pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience in service crew role.
• Proficiency in handling customer orders and payments.
• Willingness to work 5/6 days and long hours including overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set up before and after each customer.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Assist supervisor with other tasks as assigned.
