Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in cost estimation and tender exercises. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be able to work independently under pressure. This role involves liaising with subcontractors, preparing tender documents, and ensuring accurate measurement of quantities for various claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant working experience in main construction companies.
• Experience in HDB contracts is an advantage.
• Able to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost estimation and future tender exercises.
• Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure accurate measurement of quantities for payment claims and final accounts.
