Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess and treat clients across settings, delivering individualized plans and evidence-based therapy.

Reporting to the team, you will work Mon–Fri, 8.30am–6pm, with duties spanning home rehab and clinic-based care at Alexandra Rd (Labrator Park MRT). You will educate clients and caregivers, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while supervising therapy assistants and supporting clinical student

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, functional, and mobility status.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy intervention plans based on clinical findings and client goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy to improve strength, balance, endurance, and movement efficiency.
• Educate clients and caregivers on exercise programmes, fall prevention, and safe mobility techniques.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for coordinated and holistic client care.
• Participate in client case conferences, community outreach, and health promotion activities.
• Supervise therapy assistants.
• Participate in clinical student placement.
• Participate in internal training.
• To provide service to various settings (e.g., Home Rehab, CR, CH, NH) as deemed competent.

Education

Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy

Full Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council in Singapore
