Job summary

CT Singapore is seeking enthusiastic Lighting Technicians or Engineers to support on-site event production and in-house equipment maintenance. You will work with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions across APAC.

Entry-level technicians learn on the job while experienced engineers manage lighting systems, QC, and on-site setups with minimal supervision. Occasional travel and flexible hours are required for live events.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of lighting systems and willingness to learn.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and holidays.
• Capable of lifting equipment and performing hands-on tasks.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and dismantle technical equipment for events.
• Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting during live shows.
• Load/unload and transport equipment to venues safely.
• Prepare equipment and conduct QC, maintenance, and testing.
• Manage inbound/outbound shipments and organize warehouse.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver solutions.
• Participate in hands-on training and cross-department collaboration.
• Maintain safe, organized warehouse environment.
