Verge Training is hiring full-time and freelance coaches to lead group classes at Orchard and Jurong East. We seek energetic, heartful coaches with strong coaching cues, safety focus, and the ability to adapt to individual needs.

Expect studio resets, community-driven environments, and ongoing skill development. Applicants should hold a NCAA accredited coaching certificate, a valid First-Aid/CPR+AED certificate, and 1–2 years of coaching experience.

Qualifications

• Certified Trainer / Group Class Instructor from an NCAA accredited course.
• Valid First-Aid/CPR+AED certificate.
• Knowledgeable and genuine passion for helping others improve.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant coaching experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead group classes with knowledge, confidence and clarity.
• Deliver introduction, verbal cues and demonstrate movements with proper techniques.
• Guide form and safety of participants during sessions and offer options.
• Reset the studio, keep space clean and ready for the next class.
• Motivate and engage members while fostering a positive, inclusive environment
