Job summary

Body Fit Training (BFT Nanyang) is seeking energetic coaches to join our growing team. You’ll deliver high-quality group training sessions, coach members on proper technique and create a safe, motivating environment.

We look for recognised fitness coaching certification; graduates with Sports Science qualifications may be exempted. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and contribute to a welcoming studio community.

Qualifications

• Recognised fitness/coaching certification is mandatory.
• Diploma or Degree in Sports Science or related discipline may exempt you from the certification requirement.
• Strong passion for fitness, coaching and helping people.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality BFT group training sessions.
• Coach members on proper exercise technique, form and movement.
• Create an energetic, safe and motivating training environment.
• Engage and build genuine relationships with members.
• Support new members and trialists throughout their BFT journey.
• Contribute to member retention and the growth of our studio community.
• Participate in studio events, challenges and community initiatives.
• Work closely with the coaching team to continually raise our coaching standards.
