Job summary

LUMINOUS MARKETING is seeking energetic and confident individuals to join our Events Ambassador Crew. You will represent the company at events, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking activities, engaging with potential customers and creating new business opportunities.

You will build relationships, generate leads, and support the sales team through face-to-face interactions, aiming to meet targets for leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally at events and promotional activities.
• Approach and engage potential customers and business clients.
• Introduce and explain our products and services confidently.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate and qualify potential leads through face-to-face interactions.
• Build positive relationships with prospects and customers.
• Arrange follow‑up appointments and meetings with interested prospects.
• Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
• Follow up with prospects when required.
• Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and appointment targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise event opportunities.
