Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an English Language Teacher to join our education team in Singapore.

The role involves planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, engaging children in active learning both inside and outside the classroom, and maintaining progress portfolios. A strong emphasis on safety, hygiene and parental collaboration is required. Candidate should have ECDA-recognized qualifications, a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, and ACEY/L1/L2 certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing learning activities and centre environment decoration.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education from ECDA-recognized university.
• ACEY/L1/L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software, electronic devices, multimedia producing software, and trending social media apps.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons to engage, nurture and motivate children.
• Plan and deliver programs that facilitate active learning experiences both within and outside the classroom.
• Monitor progress of children and complete progress reports and portfolios for each child.
• Prepare age-appropriate teaching aids and use them in the implementation of the programs.
• Establish effective classroom management.
• Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development.
• Perform routine care and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.
