Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring an interior designer with strong CAD skills to develop concepts from client guidelines or from scratch.

The role requires creating 2D/3D drawings for pitches and submissions, and preparing material boards and design documentation for production. You will produce interior fit-out CAD/Revit drawings, generate architectural drawings for submissions, and coordinate with project managers to ensure accuracy, records are maintained, and drawings updated as

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrial design / retail / exhibition.
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max, Vray renderer, SketchUp Pro, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Good knowledge of and interest in carpentry and/or construction detailing, with the ability to apply this knowledge in preparing detailed drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual design from guidelines given from clients or from scratch and assure material & technical suitability.
• Provide 2D / 3D drawings for project pitches and submission
• Design documentation, artwork for production & preparing of material boards
• Produce interior fit-out CAD/Revit drawings
• Generate interior architectural and/or structural drawings for submissions, client approval and construction
• Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval
• Update and check drawings for accuracy as necessary
• Project development, supervision and coordination
• Check and understand drawings and illustrations provided by Architects/design consultants and work closely with Project Managers to provide shop drawing list and schedules

Education
