The role is responsible for driving student enrolment outcomes for the assigned region by leading admissions sales strategy, execution, and team performance in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve regional sales and enrolment targets by forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrolments in collaboration with the Admissions Team
  • Develop and implement admissions strategies based on data analysis, insights, and market trends to meet organizational objectives
  • Drive consistent student enrolment by improving parent engagement and experience through best practices and continuous process improvements
  • Own end-to-end marketing and sales execution across the assigned territory to meet monthly admission targets within approved budgets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM or HubSpot to support pipeline visibility, reporting, and decision‑making
  • Use data analytics to manage the admissions funnel, track conversions, and prepare regular reports for senior management
  • Plan and conduct regular training sessions for the team on sales tools, counselling techniques, and best practices
  • Lead, motivate, coach, and support the admissions team to consistently achieve enrolment targets
  • Plan and execute parent engagement initiatives, open houses, and outreach events to increase walk‑ins and conversions
  • Develop and monitor performance dashboards and statistical reports to improve recruitment strategy, yield management, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations related to data compliance, documentation, and admissions processes
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution

Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and business development roles
  • Proven experience managing a customer‑facing sales or admissions team
