Work you’ll do

Financial Crime Compliance & Regulatory Compliance (FCC&RC)

• Provide advisory services on FCC&RC-related regulations and best practices to clients of regulated industries across the APAC region.
• Where relevant, conduct FCC&RC investigations and risk assessments for banking and financial services clients.
• Where relevant, analyze financial data, transaction patterns, and electronic records to identify potential fraudulent activities or compliance breaches.
• Draft comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and remediation strategies.
• Support in the preparation and delivery of training sessions related to financial crime prevention and detection, as well as regulatory non-compliances.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats of FCC&RC.
• Where relevant, contribute to the growth of the practice through business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS/ ACAMS and ICA-CAML/ ACAML are advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in AML/CFT, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, or related fields within the banking or financial services industry.
• Willingness to adapt to dynamic project requirements and work flexible hours when necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed and to participate in practice development activities.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise reports.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify irregularities.
• Commitment to professional integrity, ethics, and quality in work deliverables.
• Basic understanding of the FCC&RC regulatory landscape and typologies.
• Basic experience in providing advisory services, including report drafting and presentation skills.
