Job description

Salary: $3,500–$6,000

Drone Pilot Responsibilities

• Conduct UAV flight missions for various project requirements, ensuring safety and operational effectiveness.
• Plan flight routes, prepare equipment, and carry out on‑site drone operations.
• Perform post‑processing tasks such as video editing, orthophoto stitching, mapping, and report preparation.
• Maintain, inspect, and troubleshoot UAV systems and equipment.
• Assist in internal test flights, demonstrations, and data collection activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with aviation regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Drone Instructor Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver drone training programmes for students of different skill levels.
• Provide instruction on drone components, flight controls, safety procedures, and airspace regulations.
• Conduct hands‑on training in drone handling, flight manoeuvres, and mission execution.
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance to build confidence and competency.
• Take control of UAVs during emergency or unsafe situations during training.
• Maintain training records and assessment reports.
• Report training‑related incidents to the Head of Department.

Requirements
