Responsibilities

• Collection and delivery all goods/cargo on a timely manner
• Ensure all delivery notes are completed accurately, signed by the customer and in compliance with company standards
• Ensure accurate and timely scanning of goods/cargo for export shipments
• Submit relevant documentation to customs to get endorsements and permit scanning clearances for both inbound and outbound goods if required
• Retrieve cargo/shipments from clearance agents at airports, conduct customer clearance of shipments, scan and send shipments back to service station and unload shipments with care from vehicle
• Load cargo/shipments onto vehicle, scan and send shipments to airport, monitor shipments to airlines if required
• Inspecting, packing, sorting, processing, weighing, scanning, bagging, and/or onto/from vehicles
• Adhere to company’s driving policies during operations
• Maintaining of company vehicles on a weekly basis ensuring vehicle is washed and clean
• Perform daily vehicle pre-checks before first job
• Any other ad hoc delivery and collection of shipments/cargo
• Any other assignments as assigned by immediate supervisor
