Job summary

Knights Synergy (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced driver supervisor in Singapore to safely operate lorries and vans, coordinate daily driver schedules, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will manage loading/unloading, vehicle checks, and paperwork while upholding road safety and company policies. The role requires 3+ years driving experience in Singapore, a valid Class 3/4 licence with large-vehicle experience, and strong communication skills. Hazmat experience or HTDP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience in Singapore.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/4 driving licence, with 10ft or 14ft lorry driving experience.
• Experience driving lorries/vans and supervising drivers.
• Able to plan and arrange daily driving schedules and driver assignments.
• Good knowledge of road safety and vehicle checks.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to work with foreign workers and a multicultural team.
• Experience handling/transporting explosives or hazardous materials is an advantage.
• Hazmat Transport Driver Permit (HTDP) is an added advantage.
• Responsible, safety-conscious and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company lorries and vans to deliver and collect goods as scheduled.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring items are secured correctly.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, lights, etc.).
• Carry out vehicle inspections for driver team.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in line with company procedures.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Follow road safety laws and company health & safety policies.
• Keep vehicles clean, tidy, and roadworthy.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately.
• Supervise and coordinate drivers’ daily schedules and assignments to ensure efficient operations.
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as deemed fit by your superiors
