Job summary

CAPEN MARKETING PTE. LTD. is seeking a driver to support Retail Ops, deliveries and merchandising across our store network. You will handle loading/unloading, stock placement, and inventory checks using the POS and warehouse systems.

Must hold a Singapore Class 3 driving licence for van, know local routes, and be a careful, reliable team player who can work under pressure. Working hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:30pm, Sat 8:30am–12:30pm, across a 5.5 days work week.

Qualifications

• Must have Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence for van.
• Know Singapore routes well.
• Careful and safe driver.
• Team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.
• Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and proactive.
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-oriented and fluent when communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Retail Ops, deliveries, restocks, and merchandising.
• Handle inventory, stock lists, stock taking, and updates.
• Operate the POS and Warehouse system.
• Load and unload, lift heavy loads.
• Coordinate with Ops on logistics, orders, invoices, deliveries, and collections planning.
• Assist in Production duties when required.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
