Responsibilities

• Daily communication of driver problem solving;

• Responsible for the driver's daily questions;
• Connect to tasks issued by the platform;
• Assist drivers to register platform accounts, manage registration platform and driver information; build communication platforms such as WeChat groups and manage personnel; solve driver account problems, provide timely feedback to headquarters and request help if needed; complete job requirements assigned by superiors.
