Job summary

A construction services company in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage and oversee construction activities. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in Waterproofing, Roofing, or Concrete Repair. Responsibilities include supervising workers, ensuring site safety, and reporting site progress. A Class 3 driving license and the ability to work overtime are required.

• Building Construction Supervision Safety (BCSS) and Work-at-height certification preferred.

Job description

Duties:

• Report site progress & highlight issues at site
• Site survey & measurements
• To manage and control the work progress according to the planned schedule
• To manage and supervise workers / sub-contractors / suppliers and monitor project site activities
• Ferry workers to site
• Load and unload materials to project site
• Keep vehicles neat, clean and maintained
• To ensure site safety and compliance to authorities’ requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
• Experience in Waterproofing, Roofing or Concrete Repair works preferred
• Building Construction Supervision Safety (BCSS) and Work-at-height for Supervisors cert preferred
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Able to work overtime
• Right attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
