Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for an Operations Support role to assist in daily order fulfilment, coordinate delivery operations, and provide administrative support. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and working closely with drivers to ensure smooth operations. Relevant admin experience and a Class 3 driving licence are required. This position offers an hourly rate of $10.50 and requires working 5.5 days a week.

Job description

Salary: $10.50 per hour
Working Days: 5.5 Days | 9am – 6pm / 1pm (may require occasional weekend work)
Working Location: Tai Seng

Job Duties
  • Assist the Admin & Fulfilment department in daily order fulfilment such as order processing, packing, checking orders, and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate delivery orders to customers/companies and communicate with customers via phone calls, delivery apps, emails, or WhatsApp.
  • Ensure data accuracy (delivery dates/times, venues, order details) and support process lead-time effectiveness.
  • Monitor inventory stock levels and shipment status to avoid delays; perform root-cause investigation for any delay or damaged items.
  • Provide support to outlets when required and perform other duties as assigned by the Superior.
  • Arrange and schedule drivers’ delivery routes and assignments based on daily orders.
  • Work closely with drivers to ensure smooth pick-up and delivery operations.
  • Track driver locations or delivery progress when necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods onto delivery vehicles when required.
  • Perform packing duties, including sorting, labeling, sealing, and preparing items for delivery or outlet dispatch.
  • Ensure packing accuracy and proper handling to minimise product damage.
Requirements
  • Relevant admin experience.
  • Able to support operations (packing products, arranging drivers’ schedules, coordinating deliveries, etc.).
  • Able to assist at outlets when required.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • With Class 3 Driving Licence.
