Job description

Working Days: 5.50 days Mon‑Fri (Alternate Sat)

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Working Location: 23 Tuas View Walk 2 Singapore 637636

Duties & Responsibility

• Drive company vehicles in a safe, responsible, and lawful manner, following all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Plan routes and manage schedules to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries, adjusting for traffic or weather conditions as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil, tires, lights, and brakes, promptly reporting any maintenance or repair needs, while keeping the vehicle’s interior and exterior clean and presentable at all times.
• Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns, and report incidents immediately.
• Accurately count and document the number of items collected, transported, or delivered, recording unique identifiers such as serial numbers, barcodes, or asset tags for inventory control and traceability. Also note item names, models, specifications, or part numbers to prevent mix‑ups, and record the names, signatures, contact information, and departments of personnel involved in the handover or receipt of goods. Any mismatched quantities, incorrect serial numbers, or damaged items identified during collection or delivery are immediately reported to the operations manager or general manager.
• Assist in operating machinery and equipment according to production guidelines.
• Carry out manual production tasks such as assembling, packing, sorting, or labelling.
• Monitor the production line and report any issues or abnormalities to the operation manager.
• Perform basic quality checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards and promptly report any defects found.
• Load and unload raw materials, semi‑finished, and finished goods.
• Operate and drive if have forklift license.
• Without a forklift license, assist and guide the forklift driver.
• Assist in the storage and organization of materials in the production area.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area while ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Follow instructions from operation manager and report progress or issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Have working experience as a Driver in Singapore.
• Required to have good knowledge of Singapore’s roads.
• Holds valid licenses for operating Lorry Truck No. 4 and forklifts.
• Must be willing to work in Tuas.
• Able to lift heavy goods.
