Key Responsibilities
- Drive staff, clients, or guests to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Perform errands such as delivering and collecting documents, parcels, or supplies as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and routine maintenance of assigned vehicles at the inspection centres.
- Ensure all necessary vehicle documentation is up to date (registration, insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate with admin or operations team for daily driving schedules and tasks.
- Assist with logistics or minor office support duties when required.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain logs for mileage, fuel, cashcard value and trip details when required.
- Comply strictly with the company’s Work Safe procedure and Singapore Traffic Regulations.
Requirements
- Possess valid Class 3 and 4 driving licences with a clean driving record.
- Cautious, responsible, and safety‑conscious at all times.
- Well‑groomed, hygienic, and presentable in appearance.
- Polite, respectful, and demonstrate good manners when interacting with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to adjust schedules as needed.
