Job summary

A construction engineering company in Singapore is seeking a personal driver to safely chauffeur personnel, maintain the assigned vehicle, and assist with minor administrative tasks. The position requires professionalism and the ability to handle various duties as assigned by superiors. The driver will work 6 days a week and ensure that the vehicle is always in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur designated personnel to their respective destination safely.
• Maintain the car assigned in good proper working condition.
• Conduct professionally when performing duties as a personal driver.
• Assist in minor administrative duties during the Receptionist’s absence.
• Responsible for dispatching outgoing mail and documents.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior.
• Working 6 days a week.

Job description

The job scope is as follow:

• Chauffeur designated personnel to their respective destination safely
• Maintain the car assigned in good proper working condition. (e.g. routine inspection, scheduling checks and repair works of car, to ensure good working condition,to keep the car (interior and exterior) clean and tidy at all times.
• Conduct and carry himself professionally when performing duties as a personal driver to the superior and / or to visitors (company's guest)
• Assist to relieve minor administrative duties during the Receptionist’s absence and minor general office maintenance.
• Responsible for dispatching and sending out company’s out-going mail, documents and etc.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
• Working 6 days
