Job summary

A landscaping company in Singapore is seeking a responsible individual to manage the logistics of sending workers and machinery to various sites. Job Description

Responsible to send workers, plants, machinery etc. to work site and assisting in the planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of all the activities that the workers are engaged in. This includes both landscaping and maintenance or grounds keeping activities.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm.

Job Functions

• Pick -up and send workers from dormitory to work site
• Assisting in loading and unloading of plants, machinery, etc when doing the maintenance / landscaping project / servicing and etc
• Responsible to help within the team when shortage of manpower
• Attend to customer inquiries (if any)
• Assign duties to the landscape / construction / workers and supervise their finished products, and is responsible for the quality of the finished product or landscape.
• Responsible for training and mentoring his workforce.
• Park vehicle in designated location when not in use.
• Document vehicle accidents and provide report of incidents to Department Manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure all LTA regulations are observed
• Perform other job duties as requested by Manager and/or supervisor.
