Job Description:

1. Driving & Delivery Duties

• Safely operate company vehicle(s) for delivery and collection of goods, documents, or materials as assigned.
• Plan delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient transport.
• Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded with proper handling to avoid damage.
• Maintain a log of daily driving activities, mileage, fuel usage, and delivery records.
• Ensure compliance with road safety regulations and company policies at all times.

2. Vehicle Upkeep

• Perform basic vehicle checks (oil, water, tires, lights) and report any issues promptly.
• Arrange for scheduled servicing and repairs when required.
• Keep the vehicle clean (interior and exterior) and roadworthy.

3. General Support

• Assist other departments as required, including ad hoc warehouse & logistics tasks.
• Handle goods with care and ensure documentation is accurate.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid local driving license (specify class, e.g. Class 3/3A).
• 1–2 years of driving experience preferred; experience in warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Able to handle physical work, including lifting and moving goods.
• Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations.
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Working Conditions:

• May be required to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays depending on operational needs.
• Working environment involves both indoor (warehouse) and outdoor (delivery driving) duties.
