Job description

The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, or goods between project sites, warehouses, and client locations. The role involves ensuring timely delivery, maintaining vehicle condition, and complying with traffic and safety regulations at all times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate company trucks and vehicles for the delivery and collection of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of goods according to safety standards.
  • Check and maintain vehicle condition daily, including fuel, oil, tires, and cleanliness.
  • Follow assigned delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely transportation.
  • Assist in site logistics, material movement, and coordination with site supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of delivery and trip logs.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
  • Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays immediately to the Operation Manager.
  • Support general site operations when not on delivery duty.
  • Conduct basic maintenance checks and ensure the truck is roadworthy at all times.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 4 or 5 Driving Licence.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles or trucks in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (may vary based on project schedule).
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required based on operational needs.
  • Work location: Across various sites in Singapore.
