Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to coordinate and produce various types of drawings using Autocad systems and BIM modelling. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of drafting experience in ACMV and a relevant engineering qualification. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in ACMV.
• Certificate in BIM Modelling (MEP Track).
• Technical knowledge of construction work required.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To be able to co-ordinate and produce shop drawings, details drawings, coordination drawings, as-built drawings with autocad systems and BIM modelling.

To be able to assist in job costings and estimations for quotations and tender submission.

To have close liaison and harmonious working relationship with all the colleagues and sub-contractors for the necessary smooth operation of the Company's business.

To assist and co-operate with other staff in office works including updating of datas and records, drawings etc. for IMS compliance.

You are to report to the Operation Manager (your immediate superior) and the management or any other officers.

who may assume their duties during their absence in the course of your work in the Company.

To carry out any other related duties which may be later assigned to you by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

ITE or Diploma or degree in engineering with minimum 3 years of relevant drafting experience in ACMV.

Certificate in BIM Modelling (MEP Track)

Ability to work independently and cooperate as a team member.

Requires technical knowledge of the construction work involved.

To work closely with all staff and IMS compliance purposes.
