Job Title: Drafter (ID3531)

Location: Eunos

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm

Salary: up to $4000

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and technical layouts based on design briefs and site measurements.
• Convert conceptual sketches into shop drawings, joinery details, and construction plans for production and on-site execution.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Revise drawings and layouts based on feedback or site changes.
• Maintain drawing logs, version control, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform site visits as required to gather information, verify dimensions, and support the design process.
• Provide support to design and project teams in material selection and specification coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, and preferably knowledge in SketchUp.
