Job summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to support our facilities management operations at a healthcare site. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining technical drawings, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations, and supporting project documentation needs.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and develop conceptual design presentations, detailed construction drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Review and ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and relevant local regulations.
  • Maintain and periodically update master copies of drawings (M&E, Architectural, C&S) and manage drawing records and electronic registry.
  • Collaborate closely with the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager to support project execution and site operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc drafting and documentation tasks as assigned by the Facility Site Manager and Project Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD with hands-on experience in 2D and 3D drafting.
  • Working knowledge of MicroStation and Architectural Desktop (ADT) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience in facilities, construction, or engineering projects.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
