Location: North-East Area

Working Hours: 6 Days Work Week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 5,000

The Drafter / BIM Coordinator is responsible for creating, developing, and managing technical drawings, Building Information Modeling (BIM) models, and construction documentation. This role facilitates coordination among architectural, structural, and M&E (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) disciplines, ensuring accurate, efficient, and clash‑free designs that support project teams throughout the entire construction lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to support construction, fabrication, and coordination activities.
• Update and manage as-built drawings and related project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to applicable codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Create, manage, and maintain BIM models covering architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
• Coordinate and integrate models received from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Perform clash detection and address design inconsistencies using BIM software.
• Contribute to digital construction initiatives, including 4D/5D BIM processes where applicable.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure design and construction alignment.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and present clash detection or coordination reports.
• Verify that models and drawings are consistent with construction sequencing and on-site conditions.
• Maintain an organized library of drawings and models following established standards and protocols.
• Implement and enforce BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific modeling requirements.
• Oversee compliance with quality control measures and monitor project progress to meet delivery timelines.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil OR Structural related Engineering disciplines with a BIM certificate
• Minimum at least 2 years of experience in AutoCAD Drafting & Autodesk Revit Modelling
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings (architecture, structural and M & E)
