Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Drafter to prepare architectural and structural shop-drawings using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will assist the project team with timely drawings and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with specifications. This position is office-based at City Hall and involves work at the Jurong West project site. Salary ranges from $2900 to $3400.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings.
• Ability to ensure design drawings conform to specifications.
• Familiarity with preparing As-built drawing for project completion.

Drafter
Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday – Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office at City Hall, Working at Jurong west project site
Salary: $2900 to $3400

Job scope
Responsible for the preparation of architectural detailed shop-drawings and working drawings (Architectural/ Structural) using AutoCAD and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided.
Assist Project Team by providing timely shop-drawings and best of knowledge with accurate information for construction.
To help in developing shop-drawings and resolve discrepancies in the drawings with Engineering Department & Project Team.
Develop detailed drawings and specifications according to Client-Consultant's needs/request.
Develop As-built drawing for submission/ handover of the project completion to client/ consultants.
To assist with Tender Bids/Drawings by developing overall floor plans and sectional drawings.
Ensure all required drawing is completed on-time.
