TOPCREWS RESOURCES PTE. LTD. is seeking drafting professionals to prepare shop drawings based on approved working drawings for Singapore projects.

The role requires reading Architectural, C&S and MEP drawings and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure accurate, compliant submissions in line with office and client standards. The successful candidate will supervise the production of 2D drawings, ensure adherence to drafting procedures and schedules, and work under the Engineer's supervision

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of reading Architectural, C&S and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of checking shop drawings is an advantage.
• Familiar with Singapore standards and codes (BCA, LTA, PUB, etc).
• Able to liaise with other design disciplines.
• Coordinate and ensure the quality of all submission drawings.

Good to have knowledge of standards, guidelines, code of practice of local agencies in Singapore e.g., BCA, LTA , PUB etc

Able to liaise with others design disciplines.

Able to coordinate and be responsible for the quality of production of all submission drawings.

Supervise the production of 2D drawings with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.

Work under the supervision of Engineer and perform work task assigned
