Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation, monitoring, and optimization of domain software to ensure high availability and stability.
• Respond to and resolve technical issues within domain application, including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Help applications developed by company go to production.
• Provide governance in application maintenance and software deployment.
• Coordinate between product, project, customer for product related issues.
• Feedback issues to product teams for better product enablement.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
• Build capability as domain SME in both IT and business knowledge. e.g. Energy management/Micro-Grid.
• Software deployment and upgrade where necessary.
• Write and maintain operational documentation, troubleshooting guides, and related technical materials.

Job Requirement (Must Have Skill)

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Application Maintenance.
• Able to handle fast moving technology trend.

Good to Have

• VMware and/or Azure experience will be a big plus.
• Domain experience is a plus (Renewables, Energy management, Micro-Grid).
• Chinese speaking and reading would be a big plus.

Technical / Professional Skills

• Rich experience on database (Mysql, Redis, TSDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience on Linux commands, web debugging skills and issue investigation.
