Job summary

A luxury fashion brand located in Singapore is looking for an individual to support the Head of Merchandising in maximizing sales performance and optimizing inventory distribution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry. Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and collaboration are essential, along with a detail-oriented and result-driven approach.

Mission of the Position
  • Assist Head of Merchandising to maximize the sales performance of the brand together with all other departments within the region
  • Execute stock distribution from Regional Warehouse to stores, optimizing inventory levels based on sales, Target Stock Levels and coverage
  • Support relevant planning and forecasting activities, including Sales Plan and Open to Buy
Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support in the processes of forecasting, merchandise financial planning, in-season management, open to buy, Continuative, High Rotating items and product lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to main KPI’s (ST%, month of stock coverage, etc) analysis
  • Monitor merchandise delivery processes and flag inconsistencies when relevant
  • Perform weekly replenishment and allocation from WW WH and from local one to stores
  • Monitoring stock levels at distribution warehouses and retail stores to ensure optimal presentation of the assortment
  • Execute strategic stock allocations to fulfill specific customer product requests.
  • Stock consolidation and rebalancing between Stores
  • To support ad-hoc assignments or inventory related projects from time to time
Job Qualifications & Specifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business/Supply Chain or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferable in retail industry
  • Detail-oriented, high accuracy, good numeric sense and reporting skill
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and result oriented
