Daycare Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate with dogs using positive reinforcement.
• Teach dogs basic commands & enrichment activities
• Dog Safety: 2 staff monitors dog playgroups by reading dog body language
• Dog Walks & Dog Parks: 2 staff takes a group of dogs our for walks or off-leash dog park- Feed, clean up after and bathe dogs
• Take pictures and update clients

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn positive reinforcement and Force Free Training methods
• Communicate with staff and clients with respect and kindness
• Previous experience with dogs – Responsible and self driven
• Love to work in a tight-knit team
• Able to use mobile apps such as whatsapp, google maps and google calendar

Working hours:

• 1 or 5 shifts per week, depending on staffing needs
• Daycare is open on weekdays Mon to Fri. Weekends and PH are closed.
• Typical shift time is from 8:00a - 2:00p
