A leading engineering and construction firm in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support document management and data entry tasks. Candidates should hold a Higher NITEC/NITEC certification and possess good communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
· Report to Team Manager/ Senior Staff/ Engineer
· Preparation & Submission of documents to client
· Filing of documents
· Keeping updated documents in the archive
· Data entry for related records
· Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC certification in related studies
· With at least 1 year experience of any office works
· Fresh graduates from school are welcome to apply
· Proficient in MS Office
· Able to work independently and as a team.
· Good communication and interpersonal skill
