Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update quality documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document filing.

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date specifications and Safety Data Sheets.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Systems department on ISO and Food Safety documentation.

Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, forms, and laboratory data into the computer system.

  • Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, document filing, and the distribution of materials.

  • Support the laboratory by sourcing and procuring supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels of essential media, reagents, and consumables.

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date specifications and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all media and reagents.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Systems department to manage and distribute ISO and Food Safety documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.

  • At least 2 years of relevant administrative or laboratory support experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
