Job Description : Overview :

This job is for a DMZ Network Implementation Engineer, responsible for developing HLD / LLD and implementation of Business Partner Connectivity in accordance with the financial organization’s Global Architectural Governance, Design Standards and Policies to meet specific connectivity requirements.

Role

The role of the DMZ Network Implementation Engineer is to provide technical implementation services for various projects ranging from Design and Implementation of new DMZ towers, enabling new customers to allow connectivity through existing DMZ towers, upgrade / refresh of existing DMZ towers and associated activities.

The role requires an engineer who have a strong design and implementation background, who is aware of the processes and procedures typical in large global financial organizations. The engineer needs to have a strong understanding of various enterprise tools, both technical, procedural and resources typically used in large IT organizations. The engineer needs to focus on delivering quality and have a good understanding of risk as it relates to financial organizations and having strong decision-making skills on assessing risk to the production network is essential.

Technology Focus areas :

Essential

• Data Center and specifically DMZ experience
• Designing and implementing DMZ towers, FWs, IPS / IDS, Load-balancers is essential.

Preferred

• Experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, F5 preferred.
• Certifications Preferred to have - CCIE Security / RS or other similar OEM certs of the same level (Check Point) CCSE, (Fortinet) NSE Fortinet Certified Expert.
